How Our Service Works

Step 1. Gather up all of the items that you would like to sell, please include all items no matter the condition, even if they are badly damaged or pieces missing, we are still very interested.

Step 2. Place all of your items into a box, any box from around the home is fine as long as it can taped securely closed. Then attach the free postage labels provided in the selling guide you have received from us to the outside of the box. If you do not have a selling guide we will send you one free of charge.

Step 3. Once your items are secured into the box, sealed closed with postage labels attached, please drop off at your local post office or alternatively you can call us to arrange collection from your home.

Step 4. Once your items are received by us one of our friendly experts will then give you a call to provide a valuation on your items along with an offer for you to sell to us directly.

Step 5. If you decide to go ahead with selling then we make payment to you the same day or alternatively we will return your items back to you free of charge.
