How Our Service Works

Step 1. Gather up all of the silver jewellery you would like to sell. Please include all items no matter the condition, even if they are badly damaged or pieces missing, we are still very interested.

Step 2. Place all of your silver items into the postal bag provided in the postage guide you have received from us. If you do not have a postage guide we will send you one free of charge.

Step 3. Once your silver items are secured into the postal bag and sealed closed, please drop off at your local post office or alternatively you can call us to arrange collection from your home.

Step 4. Once your items are received by us one of our silver specialists will then give you a call to provide a valuation on your items along with an offer for you to sell to us directly.

Step 5. If you decide to go ahead with selling then we make payment to you the same day or alternatively we will return your items back to you free of charge.
